Anyone who knows me knows that I have tried several diets over the last few years. Ever since becoming a Mom, my hormones have changed and I feel like my metabolism has slowed down overall.
Because of this, I am constantly looking for new ways to “kick start” my metabolism into gear to start seeing new results. The problem is, I’m usually skeptical about new diets because I have no idea if they’ll actually work or not.
So when I heard about a revolutionary new way to lose weight by ALWAYS EATING AFTER 7 PM, you can bet I was both shocked and intrigued.
After all, we’re always told the opposite–that eating late can often cause the lbs to creep up. In fact, I often find my normal cut off time for eating a large dinner at around 6:30pm.
Yet that is exactly what Author Joel Marion talks about in his new book Always Eat After 7PM .

Always eat after 7 PM
The Author stresses that the timing you eat your food is crucial to effective weight loss.
“Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. This may sound too good to be true, but let me assure you it is no gimmick. It’s all about making strategic and smart food swaps, and you can still eat your favorite foods.”
Since I’ve been doing Intermittent Fasting off and on for a couple of years now, I feel totally on board with trying this since there are only slight modification to what I’m already doing.
The plan included in the book breaks down the diet into three-phases. The first is a 14-day acceleration phase which gets you the quickest results. The main phase after that, is used for refining your diet and weight loss goals. Finally, he’s included a lifestyle phase to help to maintain your results.
His book also includes more than 70 fat-burning recipes to help you accelerate the weight loss process. I am beyond intrigued to try this.
I’d love to have more energy and lose weight in the process. I’m also excited to have a one-stop place to get my recipes.
