Avocado pudding? yes you read that right.
If you’re like me, your toddler is PICKY when it comes to food.

Not going to lie, I have literally lost sleep over the stress associated with getting my 3.5 year old to eat better. We have tried introducing all sorts of food to him over the years yet he’s stuck on just a few different foods that he loves.
Desperate (and tired), I decided I would make my beloved avocado pudding with hopes that he would eat it. There are a ton of these recipes out there. I decided to tweak mine based on what my son loves so I added a little bit of extra chocolate.
Hey, it worked!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Avocados
- Raw cocoa
- Vanilla extract
- Coconut Milk
- Lemon Juice
- Maple Syrup
- Chocolate chips
Keep in mind that you can maybe even add some protein powder to this if you want some extra protein! I have not tried that yet but I will probably experiment next time.
You can always use the sweetener of your choice or omit the chocolate chips if you’d like…I’m just giving you my “toddler approved” version!
Enjoy!
