Connecting with others
Hi, I’m Innana and this is my personal life-balance blog where I cover a wide range of topics such as physical well being, healthy recipes, self love & appreciation, and the wonderful joys of Motherhood. I also post my favorite home remedies that I think can help benefit others and post product reviews and hauls.
Like many others, I have faced many challenges in my daily life and throughout the years, I have learned to embrace them and use them as stepping stones for growth and self development.
I am a huge proponent of positive affirmations and use them on a daily basis in my life. I realize that in order to reach our full potential, we need to surround ourselves with others on a similar mission as ourselves. This helps to hold us accountable, push us, challenge us, and remind us to keep going even when we don’t want to. I created this blog in hopes of reaching others like me.
As a Wife and Mother of one, I enjoy spending time with my family and making sure that they are well taken care of. I spend a great deal of time doing research on different health trends and believe that overall wellness can be achieved when we begin to have balance in every area of our life. We must make sure to work on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being collectively while expressing gratitude along the way.
I also believe that we need to love and accept ourselves just the way that we were made regardless of our flaws. I spent many years struggling with a horrible body image and as a result, missed out on living life to the fullest. I was overly focused with being in shape so much so that I often pushed myself beyond my limit at the gym and avoided situations in where I might be judged by others. After having a baby, I realized that our bodies as Women are AMAZING and should be embraced and cared for.
Health, happiness, fitness, and prosperity come naturally when we stop obsessing over them and instead, focus on living life and loving others as well as ourselves. My goal is to empower other women to do the same through my blog.
